By accessing or using the Medifit platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Medifit is a technology platform that facilitates weight management programs by connecting users with licensed healthcare professionals and pharmacy services.

Medical Services & Disclaimer
Medifit does not provide medical advice or services directly. All medical assessments and prescriptions are provided by independent licensed healthcare professionals.
No Emergency Services
The Platform is not for medical emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
Results from GLP-1 weight loss medications vary. There is no guarantee of specific weight loss results.
Section 03
User Accounts & Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Reside in a jurisdiction where our services are available
Provide accurate and complete medical information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Section 04
Payments & Subscriptions
Medifit offers subscription-based weight management programs. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees.
Refund Policy
If you are not approved for treatment, your consultation fee is fully refunded. Once treatment begins, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as per our clinical guidelines.

Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Medifit or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Section 06
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medifit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or services.
Section 07
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
